With almost 20 years of a rich and diversified professional experience, Séverine COLAS has founded BUILD ON, a consultancy firm that specialized in the management of complex real estate projects in France and abroad. Its expertise includes the Assistance of Contracting Authority (ACA or AMO), the scheduling, overseeing and coordination function (OPC or SOC) and the strategic property consulting and enables BO to manage real estate project in full.

 

Whether in the management of the maintenance of the property for a political foreign VIP, the real estate department of Coface or Credit Suisse or as the Technical Manager for real estate property, Séverine has always built her expertise while driven her taste for a job well done and her passion for Real Estate.

 

In order to fulfill her assignments such as assisting the contracting authority, acting as the intermediary between the client and the prime contractor, coordinate construction or renovation works, carrying out complex real estate projects or counselling, in short “ACA, SOC and Advice”, Séverine has consolidated her knowledge and know-how with a specialization at ICH/CNAM (legal and economic institute dedicated to the real estate industry). Séverine has also built a multidisciplinary and experienced team.

 

The BUILD ON team includes project managers, architects, legal advisors, site supervisors, technical and administrative assistants. Séverine pulls on these human resources to help her clients in order to optimize the cost and timing constraints so crucial in real estate projects. This team can be adapted and structured to intervene based on the project state of progress.

 

BUILD ON clients comprises foreign companies settling in Paris as global leaders in the co-working spaces, a Japanese holding, an international lawyer firm as well as domestic large corporations in the construction, the materials manufacturing and processing industries and engineering consultancy services, inter alia.
