The level of legal responsibility assigned to BUILD ON depends on the assignment entrusted to us. However, the care we put into our work, our sense of responsibility, and our commitment remain consistent with our values and DNA. Involvement and responsibility apply to all stakeholders.
How we operate
One of our methods to involve participating companies is to establish a contractual remuneration percentage with them, as follows:
If the work complies with the specifications and the deadlines are met, the companies will receive the full amount of their contract.
Otherwise, they will have to pay penalties to the prejudiced parties, i.e. the Project Owner.
This contract clearly states the penalties that will apply in case of failure to meet commitments.
The amount is a percentage calculated based on the value of the work contract they have been awarded.
Of course, the methodology will be adapted and applied according to the projects and stakeholders, as quickly done but mediocre work is never satisfactory.
