WHY CHOOSE THE COMMITTED PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHOD 

When you listen to comments regarding project managers (contracting authority) in the real estate industry, the same kind of motos tends to apply: « I’m still in the works although they committed to finish them two months ago » - « I’ve paid but the work has not been finalised » - « the workers have started but it’s neither done nor to be done ».

 

The lack of credibility in our profession is unfortunately real: the timing in works schedules is scarcely respected and too often, the project manager is the only one held responsible.

 

Therefore, we had to break this trend and with the committed project management method, all stakeholders (architects, execution or performance prime contractors, design consultants and other service providers) are committed to the schedule and the quality of the work.
